Chamaecrista fasciculata, or Partridge Pea, is a fast-growing, drought-tolerant perennial native to North America. With its bright yellow, butterfly-like flowers and fern-like foliage, it thrives in well-drained soils and attracts a variety of birds and pollinators, including bees, butterflies (Orange Sulfur), and hummingbirds, especially during late summer when other flowers are scarce.

As a legume, Partridge Pea enriches the soil by fixing nitrogen and improving soil health.  Its deep root system makes it ideal for erosion control and low-maintenance landscaping. This hardy plant is perfect for native gardens, pollinator habitats, and sustainable landscapes.

Add Partridge Pea to your garden for vibrant color, ecological benefits, and support for pollinator populations.
